Lead Hotel Customer Service Agent, RFT, NF-02

What you would do

• Lead other workers in front desk guest service tasks.
• Check in and check out guests and assign guest rooms.
• Accept payments, post charges, and safeguard the assigned change fund.
• Sell hotel services such as event tickets and share information on local points of interest.
• Resolve minor guest conflicts and report serious concerns to your supervisor.

With experience: You need work experience directly related to these duties in a service industry, such as hospitality. The work must show you can do the duties with minimal supervision, at a level equal in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
