Hotel Customer Service Agent, NF-02, RPT

What you would do

• Welcome and assist guests, customers, and other visitors at the front desk.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest check-in and check-out.
• Verify guest identity and payments, and provide and control guest room keys.
• Post charges and payments to guest folios and keep a change fund safe.
• Resolve guest complaints and keep daily logs and notes of activities.
• Help with luggage storage, lost and found, telephone calls, and parking.

With experience: You need work experience in the hospitality industry that shows good customer service skills. The experience must match the duties of the next lower grade level in scope and complexity. For government jobs, your resume must list the pay plan, series, grade, dates, and agency.
