Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. The job is category B.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Experience: 2 years of previous work experience wanted.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Knowledge of health controls and collective catering.
- Knowledge of prison regulations and how the prison works.
- Good listening and dialogue skills, and self-control.
- Rigour, quick reactions and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
