What you would do

  • Organise the daily meal production and coordinate serving.
  • Adapt meals to residents' needs, including modified textures.
  • Manage supplies, food deliveries and stock.
  • Apply food hygiene, food safety and traceability rules.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and premises and report any faults.
