The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and mass catering production techniques.
- Know hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Manage stock and know how to store and keep food safely.
- Organise and lead a team, and prevent conflicts.
- Work on your own, with a sense of organisation and initiative.
- Write documents such as technical sheets, schedules and reports.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
