What you would do

  • Assemble, compose and distribute meals in collective catering.
  • Clean kitchen rooms and equipment and check their cleanliness.
  • Prepare hot or cold dishes following technical sheets.
  • Unpack and prepare raw ingredients.
  • Run tray lines, pack food and sort it for each serving point.
  • Help organise the recycling of surplus production.
