Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A CAP in cooking and experience in collective catering are required.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in cooking (required).
Experience: Experienced; experience in collective catering required.
The profile they look for:
- Work well in a team.
- Follow instructions and procedures.
- Know the cold chain (liaison froide) and its rules.
- Know HACCP food safety rules.
- Be rigorous and organised.
- Judge the cooking level of food.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 16 (Closes in 15 days)
Send your application by email to the Human Resources Department of the EPSM before 16 November 2026. The official offer is on Choisir le Service Public.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work clothes are provided and must be worn, including a cap and safety shoes.
- Work in a cold (8 to 10 °C) and damp kitchen.
- Hours from 5:50 to 14:00 or 6:50 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
- Work on weekends at least once a month.
