What you would do

  • Replace locks, adjust doors and windows, repair fittings.
  • Repair simple water leaks and maintain sanitary facilities.
  • Carry out simple electrical jobs, such as changing LED bulbs.
  • Do plasterboard, rendering and paint touch-up work.
  • Spot faults and report work needed by outside companies.
  • Help out on roads or small masonry jobs when needed.
