Diploma: CAP or BEP, or Bac Pro, in a building trade
Experience: Experienced level, or significant experience in general maintenance
The profile they look for:
- CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in a building trade, or experience in general maintenance.
- Driving licence B required.
- Know the basic techniques of building trades.
- Able to read a technical manual and plan a job.
- Strictly follow safety rules and wear protective equipment.
- Be independent, quick, careful and good with people.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
