With experience: You need one year of experience equivalent to the GS-4 grade level. Qualifying experience includes scheduling appointments, keeping medical and administrative records, verifying insurance, obtaining medical information from patients, and serving customers. Paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work, counts. The full performance level for this job is GS-5.
