  • Analyze computer systems and system change requests
  • Write code in various programming languages to modify information systems

You must also show the four basic IT competencies: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.

With education: Education cannot replace experience at this grade. Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at this grade level.
