3 Apply on USAJOBS

Closes in 331 days (September 30, until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time).

This is an open continuous announcement that may close without advance notice, before its listed closing date.

You sign in to USAJOBS with a Login.gov account, answer the questionnaire and upload your documents, then you submit. Answer the questionnaire honestly: your resume must show what you claim.

How they rate you: You will be rated on your application, your questionnaire answers, and your USA Hire online assessment. The assessment measures skills such as customer service, teamwork, reading comprehension, and reasoning. Missing information or unclear experience can lower your rating, and missing required documents can make you ineligible.

If they choose you: a tentative offer, then a background check, then the final offer with your start date.

  • Only education from accredited schools counts, so upload a transcript if you use education to qualify.
  • Set aside at least 3 hours for the USA Hire assessment, and finish it within the deadline in your notice.
