With education: You must be a law school graduate with an LL.B. or J.D. degree. One year of experience can be substituted with a second professional law degree, or with top one-third class standing, academic honors, law review, moot court, a clinical legal aid program, summer law office clerk experience, or other clearly superior achievement. Transcripts are required if you use education to qualify. Schools must be accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Missing documents or not meeting all qualifications makes you ineligible, and false or misleading information can lead to removal.
