People aged 18 to 29 at the time of registering can apply, if they meet the schooling and experience requirements of the position. They can be Mexican citizens with full rights, or foreigners whose immigration status allows them to do the job.

Experience: 1 year of experience
In these areas:
- Industrial Psychology
- Psychopedagogy
- Counseling and Guidance
Legal requirements:
- Be a Mexican citizen with full rights, or a foreigner whose immigration status allows the job
- Not have been sentenced to prison for an intentional crime
- Be fit for public service
- Not belong to the clergy or be a minister of religion
- Not be barred from public service or have another legal impediment
2 Register on TrabajaEn
Registration: October 21 to November 4.
Register at www.trabajaen.gob.mx between October 21 and November 4, 2026. When you accept the conditions you will receive a participation folio.
To register you need your CURP and RFC, a TrabajaEn account and an up-to-date TrabajaEn CV. When you register for this job you get a folio number: keep it, you need it at every stage.
3 Exams and documents
The stages of the contest:
- Candidate registration: October 21 to November 4, 2026
- Knowledge tests (General APF Knowledge Exam and Technical Knowledge Exam): starting November 9, 2026
- Skills assessment: starting November 12, 2026
- Document review, experience evaluation and merit assessment: starting November 17, 2026
- Interview with the Selection Technical Committee: starting November 17, 2026
- Final decision
Minimum score: 70 puntos en una escala de 0 a 100 (puntaje mínimo de aptitud); el examen de conocimientos técnicos tiene una calificación mínima aprobatoria que define el CTS y aparece en el perfil de cada puesto

Keep in mind:
- If you do not present any document required in the document review, you are discarded even if you passed the exams.
- You must arrive on time; the maximum tolerance is 15 minutes and evaluations are not given outside the stated date and time.
- Failed exam results are valid for two calendar days; passing results are valid for one year. You cannot waive a result.
- Finalists who do not win may join the position's reserve list for one year.

4 Interview and result
The interview is with the Selection Technical Committee: prepare examples of your experience in the duties of the job. Then the committee chooses the winner. If you are a finalist and do not win, you join the candidate reserve for the job for one year.
The duties of the job:
- Take part in designing the training needs survey
- Take part in preparing the yearly training program
- Support the logistics and running of courses
- Keep and follow up on training course files
- Support the review of training certificates
