Who is responsible
Kandidatu (kandidatu.com) is an independent website that explains public job openings. It is not part of the Government of Mexico. Contact: info@kandidatu.com.
What we collect on the Mexico pages
You can browse the Mexico pages without giving us any personal data. If you create an account, ask for a closing-date reminder or for the weekly email, we keep your email address and, if you give it, your first name; the jobs you save and your progress in their steps; your choices for the weekly email (education, state); how you sign in and when you last did; and the language of the pages you use, so our emails reach you in that language. We never see your password: we keep only a scrambled version of it.
We use these data only to run your account and to send you the emails you asked for (sign-in links, reminders, weekly email). Every email has a link to stop it, and you can delete your account anytime from My jobs: your email, choices and saved jobs go with it.
Like every website, our server keeps a technical log of visits (address of your device, page, time) for a few days, only to keep the site secure.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you click «Accept» in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It then sets cookies and receives information about your visit (pages seen, device, approximate area), not your name or email. Google's advertising features are turned off for this site. If you click «Reject» or do nothing, it does not load at all. A small cookie (kd_consenso) remembers your choice for 6 months; you can change it anytime with «Cookie settings» at the bottom of every page.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share data, we do not use advertising cookies and we only send you the emails you ask for.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use (ARCO rights), by writing to info@kandidatu.com.
