Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The job is category B.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bachelor's degree (bac+3) or equivalent
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of operating systems and office and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of information system security.
- Experience in installation, maintenance and user support.
- Service mindset, listening skills and teaching ability with users.
- Rigour, autonomy and ability to set priorities.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
