Diploma: Higher education diploma in computing
Experience: Successful experience in device management and/or IT support (length not stated)
The profile they look for:
- Higher education diploma in computing.
- Experience in device management or IT support.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Knowledge of OS deployment and at least one software distribution tool.
- Ability to prioritise projects and diagnose faults.
- Good people, communication and writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
