The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP rules and health inspections.
- Ability to plan and organise production work.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to manage supplies and stock.
- Organised, rigorous and quick to react.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- 36h20 per week, Monday to Friday, variable hours.
- On-call duty possible on Saturdays depending on service needs.
