Category: Category B (intermediate)
The profile they look for:
- Know HACCP standards and food hygiene rules.
- Manage stock and place orders.
- Know catering methods.
- Lead a team.
- Monitor quality.
- Analyse the behaviour of individual prisoners and groups of prisoners.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
