Diploma: Bac+5 or equivalent
Experience: Experienced level
The profile they look for:
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Knowledge of cloud outsourcing, hosting and managed services.
- Experience managing providers under demanding contracts.
- Ability to run governance bodies and handle major incidents.
- Excellent written and oral communication, including in crisis situations.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
