Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of senior technical assistant, 2nd and 1st class. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applies.

Diploma: CAP or BEP in food trades (métiers de bouche)
The profile they look for:
- CAP or BEP in food trades, essential
- Good knowledge of products, nutrition and food storage
- Experience designing menus suited to pupils
- Experience managing stock and HACCP standards
- Good team spirit and a sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
