Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered (adjoint technique, category C) is an entry grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP in hotel and catering, bac pro in catering, or BTS (desired)
Experience: Work experience appreciated, not required
The profile they look for:
- Very good knowledge of food products and cooking techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good people skills and communication.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of diet and nutrition.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
