The profile they look for:
- Excellent command of the HACCP method.
- Experience in catering, including collective catering.
- Culinary skills and advanced production techniques.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to use catering software.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Deliveries to outside sites are possible.
