Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of human resources management.
- Skills with IT tools and HR and payroll software.
- Good spoken and written French.
- Organisation, rigour and ability to manage priorities.
- Follows procedures and keeps data confidential.
- Sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, using the link on the offer page on Choisir le Service Public. Send a CV and a cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work possible.
- Full time, 37 hours per week over 5 days.
- No team management.
