4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category A post, grade of ingénieur principal.
- Secondary task: supervise payroll checks when the payroll manager is absent.
- The post can be filled by a contract worker if no civil servant applies.
