Civil servants and contract workers can apply. Open grades are agent de maîtrise and technicien, including the principal grades. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant applies.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced level, with at least one successful experience managing a technical team.
The profile they look for:
- Proven experience managing a multi-skilled technical team.
- Good technical command of the files entrusted.
- Good people skills and comfort speaking in public.
- Knowledge of building, environment, safety and public procurement rules.
- Analytical and summary skills, with strong writing skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
