Diploma: Higher technical training in catering or food industry (Bac+2 to Bac+3)
The profile they look for:
- Higher technical training in catering or food industry (Bac+2 to Bac+3).
- Expertise in collective catering, hot and cold chilled systems.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety and the HACCP standard.
- Ability to manage a team and run projects.
- Rigour, autonomy and good organisation skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
