Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. Every candidate will undergo an administrative security check.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+5: engineering school, business school or Master in project management or equivalent
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in consulting, PMO or managing complex services (experienced level)
The profile they look for:
- Bac+5 in project management or an equivalent field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, PMO or managing complex services.
- Experience steering contracts, public tenders or complex projects.
- Skills with project management and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Good knowledge of telecom networks is a plus.
- Excellent analysis, synthesis and coordination skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- No formal on-call duty, but a high level of responsiveness is expected.
