Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the job is open to an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP/BEP in cooking or equivalent; BTS or Bac Pro in hotel and catering also accepted
Experience: Proven, significant experience managing a service or central kitchen in collective catering
The profile they look for:
- Proven skills in cooking techniques for catering services.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP, PMS).
- Management skills to lead a team of 14 staff.
- Knowledge of public contracts and public accounting.
- Rigorous, organised, with a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
