The profile they look for:
- Good command of cooking techniques for catering in large groups.
- Knowledge of hospital and elderly nutrition.
- Good command of hygiene rules, HACCP standards and the food safety plan (PMS).
- Knowledge of procedures specific to catering.
- Management and organisation skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
