Diploma: Master 2 (bac+5) in human resources
Experience: Confirmed (experienced) level

- Good knowledge of the civil service rules for local government
- Good knowledge of payroll and budget and accounting rules

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
