Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the post is open to category C grades.

Diploma: Bac+3 training in public law, human resources or equivalent expertise
Experience: Confirmed experience

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
