Diploma: Bac+3 minimum; general, management, IT or teaching-training fields
Experience: Experienced; a successful past in a similar role, ideally in an academic setting
The profile they look for:
- Degree at bac+3 minimum, with a useful specialisation in IT or management.
- Good skills in Excel and Power BI, ideally the GEODE student records software.
- Professional English at B2 level required.
- Knowledge of student record rules in higher education.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and lead a team.
- Good organisation, rigour and respect for deadlines.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
