Diploma: BTS minimum; professional licence preferred, in a technical field (public works, roads and networks, civil engineering, land planning).
Experience: Experienced. At least 3 years as head of technical services or similar roles, in a town of comparable size.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
