Experience: Confirmed experience, expert level preferred
The profile they look for:
- Master's degree preferred in public policy, public finance, medico-social management or public property.
- Confirmed experience, expert level preferred, ideally in an ARS or local authority.
- Knowledge of medico-social sector, PAI, PPI, CPOM and EPRD/ERRD.
- Budget, accounting and financial law; public procurement.
- Ability to analyse a financing plan and a financial trajectory.
- Diplomacy, autonomy, rigour, public service ethos and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
