Experience: Level stated as « Expert » in the offer.

- Culinary and management skills.
- Good knowledge of office software.
- Good knowledge of collective catering rules (Egalim, HACCP).
- Strong sense of service and teamwork.
- Wish to cook fresh and local products.
- Knowing how a high school works (a plus).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
