Territorial civil servants in the listed grades (senior technical assistant, supervisor, technician) can apply. Contract staff can also apply, when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Level 3 qualification in cooking
The profile they look for:
- Level 3 qualification in cooking.
- Knowledge of hygiene, disinfection and safety.
- Knowledge of the sanitary control plan and nutrition rules.
- Team management and coaching skills.
- Methodical work organisation and time management.
- Rigour, autonomy and ability to report to a manager.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
