Civil servants in the grades of Attaché, Attaché principal, Rédacteur, Rédacteur principal de 2e classe or Technicien can apply. Contract agents can also be hired while waiting for a civil servant.

- Master management techniques.
- Master communication, negotiation and mediation skills.
- Master HACCP standards and collective catering regulations.
- Know cold and hot chain food preparation and distribution techniques.
- Know the rules of the territorial civil service.
- Have analytical skills, organisation skills and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
