Diploma: Training in catering, ideally
Experience: Experienced. Former head chef or brigade leader, in catering or traditional restaurants.

- Rigour, organisation and attention to detail on quality and safety.
- Interest in culinary creation and innovation.
- Comfortable with digital tools (production software, indicators, traceability).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
