Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can apply, because an entry grade in category C allows direct hiring.
Category: Category B (intermediate)

- Know cooking techniques, products and equipment well
- Make sure food safety, hygiene and environment rules are followed

- Have good skills for leading and motivating a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
