Diploma: CAP/BEP or vocational bac in catering
Experience: 5 to 10 years in catering

- CAP, BEP or vocational bac in catering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in catering.
- Good sense of organisation and priorities.
- Good knowledge of hygiene rules (HACCP).
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Send your CV and cover letter by email to the town hall, addressed to the Mayor. The address is given on the official offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
