Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Stage technology skills: sound, lighting and video.
- Electrical authorisations and knowledge of safety rules, required.
- Knowledge of the music world and how a conservatoire works.
- Computer skills and the i-Muse software are a plus.
- Rigorous, responsive, organised, good communicator, public service mindset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: 38 hours per week, with late hours and weekend work depending on events.
- Annual leave must be taken during school holidays.
- Driving licence B required.
