Diploma: CAP, BEP or bac pro in cooking or catering (or 5 years of experience)
Experience: Experienced; at least 5 years in a similar job in catering, if no diploma
The profile they look for:
- Be organised, rigorous and methodical.
- Good knowledge of HACCP food hygiene and safety rules.
- Able to work in a team, sometimes under pressure.
- Restaurant diploma (CAP, BEP, bac pro) or at least 5 years of similar experience.
- Technical skill in preparing large quantities of food.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
