Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP, BEP or bac pro in cooking or catering, or significant experience
Experience: Experienced level. At least 5 years in a similar collective catering job, as an alternative to the diploma.
The profile they look for:
- Catering diploma (CAP, BEP, bac pro) or 5 years in collective catering.
- Skilled in large-quantity food preparation.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards.
- Organised, rigorous and respectful of procedures.
- Able to work in a team, sometimes under pressure.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
