Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

Diploma: BTS in social and family economics or BTS in health and social services (SP3S)
Experience: Significant experience can be accepted instead of the diploma

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
