  • Calibrate spatial models of pathogen spread using multiple data sources.
  • Apply the methods to seasonal influenza, SARS-CoV-2 and lumpy skin disease.
  • Build reproducible analysis pipelines in Python and/or R.
  • Write scientific articles and present results at international conferences.
