- Thorough knowledge of local public service law
- Good knowledge of administrative disputes and disciplinary law
- Ability to assess complex situations legally
- Rigour, discretion and neutrality
- Strong legal and administrative writing skills
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
