The profile they look for:
- Reference grade: administrative assistant.
- Make HR data reliable in the Dialogue 2 software.
- Follow the contract staff group with rigour.
- Communicate well with recruiting departments, budget control and payroll.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 31 (Closes in 60 days)

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Post for at least 2 years.
- 22 RTT days for a 39-hour week.
