Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because one of the grades offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the territorial civil service status (FPT).
- Basic knowledge of human resources management.
- Knowledge of the legal rules for administrative acts.
- Good skills with computers and job-specific software.
- Discretion, rigour and very good people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
