Diploma: Higher education, BAC+2 to BAC+3, in human resources management
The profile they look for:
- Higher education, BAC+2 to BAC+3, in human resources management.
- Good knowledge of local authorities.
- Very good knowledge of the territorial civil service status.
- Able to work independently and set priorities.
- Good skills in the Office suite and Teams.
- Knowledge of the CIRIL software is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
